Our scope of work:
1. Serve as a capable advisor and support sales efforts in accordance with customer requirements.
2. Assist users in effectively managing product, sales, and after-sales service operations.
3. Educate users on the product’s performance characteristics and related maintenance and upkeep procedures.
4. If the product malfunctions during use, please contact the service department by phone.
5. The principle for on-site service is to restore user access as quickly as possible.
6. On-site service personnel shall resolve issues for the customer and restore normal production; they may only leave the site after the customer signs to indicate satisfaction.
7. Visit users to assess their usage and maintain detailed records; report findings to the relevant departments.
